NBA Playoffs Ratings Winners (not including NBA Finals)

The polarizing impact of the Miami Heat on NBA television ratings is clearly demonstrated in their presence in 10 of the top 11 most-watched NBA playoffs games (not including NBA Finals) since the current television arrangement was put in place in 2002-’03. All 10 of those Heat appearances in top-rated NBA playoffs games have come since LeBron James and Chris Bosh joined Dwyane Wade in South Beach three years ago. The Heat have made the NBA Finals each of those three years, but trail the San Antonio Spurs 1-0 in the 2013 best-of-seven final.
